The CS-150 Standard is a crane safe load monitoring system based on the integrated programmable logic controller (PLC) with touchscreen safe load indicator.

The CS-150 Standard meets the requirements put forth by the classification Societies, Governmental bodies and the customer.

1. Configurable SeaStates for the operator selection from SeaState selection screen. SeaState in the system is made from the Crane’s Load Charts.
2. Parameter settable Alarm high load, Warning load and Alarm hysterisis. As a standard by default, Alarm high is 110% of Safe Working Load and Warning load is 95% of Safe Working Load.
3. Main page toggle between Main and Auxiliary hook.
4. Separate calibration display for Main and Auxiliary hook load cell.
5. Outreach calibration display with both angle and outreach display.
6. Hardwire selection for Main or Auxiliary hook operation.
7. Selection for Main or Auxiliary boom with respect to the hook operation.
8. Hardwire display dimmer push button for day-time and night-time.
9. Hardwire selection for outreach or angle calibration.
